Green Tea Production
The best Green teas are made from leaves picked during the spring in China and Japan. They are unfermented and less processed than other teas, preserving their healthy antioxidant properties. The traditional Green tea production process involves withering, heating, rolling and drying in sunlight or natural heat on bamboo for up to two hours. The leaves are then rolled and dried.
